He was always very kind, understanding and helpful- even when he was not directly benefiting. It is for this reason we continued to engage with him, were not entertaining working with anyone else, and have recommended him to other family. My husband and I were nervous entering a tough market for buyers, and even tougher with new builds given rising costs and construction/supply chain delays.
